The Rules framed by the High Court in the year 2002 under Article 226 of
the Constitution of
India and published in the Tamil
Nadu Government Gazette
Part III Section 2, Page 2,
Issue No.1, dated 02/01/2002,
which was later kept in abeyance
are now restored vide Notification No. 146/2013 of the Regitry of the Madras High Court. The said Rules comes into
force w.e.f. 3rd June, 2013. This is the link to Notification No. 146/2013. Details & Changes will follow in the next post.
